Formerly No Quarter Radio, Nitrobeard is an off-topic meal with tasty gaming morsels. Wes Gardner, Tyler Ohlew, and Brian Belida bring you bad singing, jokes, and occassionally, games!

Oh jeeze more than half of the Ubisoft conference was painful to watch and it was all thanks to James Cameron about his movie and how awesome he thinks his game is gonna be. But the more enjoyable part was when they showed the rabid in the wii remote.

Btw Brian good job on being host for this episode ^^. /highfive

Funny thing is I use to work for Playstation as a video game tester and one of my last assignments was testing out potential ps1 classics to become available for the psn including the two that you mentioned on the show(Wild Arms and Suikoden). So for a moment I had the inside scoop on what was coming out for the psn. Of course I couldn't say anything cause of our contract. ^^

That's true Lightor. I almost forgot about Brave Fencer Musashi! Is definitely one of my all-time favourite games.

I'd have to go with Brave Fencer Musashi for best PS1 RPG. It had good combat, music, and pretty swell sense of humor. I still replay it around two times a year.

Woohoo. Like I said before I hope my questions made for an entertaining show. I'll be sure to give you guys more when you have another reader questions episode. You guys talked about anything and everything which made it enjoyable. Good luck with keeping the shows bi-weekly.

Also check out our website and our youtube videos when you have the chance. Just type loopkicks or loopkicks camp on the search box. We're the opposite of Mr. Brian Belida's parkour. ^^

Freespace 2 is clearly the best space sim ever. The scope of some missions and the intensity of the final mission are just fantastic. If there is any game I would buy day 1 without any prior knowledge of, it would be a Freespace 3 by Volition.

I'm not sure you can call the zombie mods before Left4Dead 'good'. Zombie Master and Zombie Panic were horribly balanced and crippled by terrible maps. And Killing Floor was really fun, but poorly balanced since we could never get by like wave 5 without cheating.

Hahaha, thanks for the shoutout Brian.

Great episode. Too bad it was Schlew-less like Joe Jackson, but the guest was a good save.

Great ep guys! I can vouch for Dead Space. Tyler, bust that sucka open. You don't need gas. You DO need to dismember necromorphs with space mining equipment.
